The Central Bluffs Substation project is part of Colorado Springs Utilities’ long-term electrical infrastructure modernization initiative designed to improve system reliability, increase operational flexibility, and support future growth throughout the North Nevada and Austin Bluffs corridor.

Project Scope

Ed Green Construction’s scope includes large-scale civil construction, grading, drainage, and infrastructure preparation necessary to support the development of the new utility substation facility.
